Absolutely my favorite place to hang out and tie one on. The owners are both super cool, the crowd is always welcoming and all about having fun with whoever is there. All sorts of consoles are available and no charge to play (just get a drink). They have some board and card games available as well, and of course great music too.

I’ve been coming to this bar for years, as an Overland Park native. Even after my partner moved away from St. Joe, this bar is a staple. Enough cannot be said about Bridget and Curtis. These two are living saints. I’ve lived in the KC metro my entire life and never once have I encountered a bar quite like this. The vibe is reminiscent of going to your best friend’s house in the early 2000s to play games in the basement; mom has snacks. Really, it’s something special. There is a place here for everyone. Even if you don’t drink, or will never drink, you have a home here. This bar is THE best part of St. Joseph.

Love this place. Me and my fiance played Mario kart and then played 45 minute game of uno. Legendary.

Great atmosphere, fun games, and a great selection of drinks and beer! The owners/bartenders are very kind and overall its a good place to hang out. Plenty of different retro consoles to choose from with a large list of games, plus a Switch for newer games.

This place is amazing! Since my first visit, CG has been my go to hangout spot. Bridget and Curtis are super awesome people, very friendly, they come up with their own original cocktails and merchandise, there's vintage gaming systems for that sweet taste of nostalgia, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive. Hands down, best bar in Saint Joe, in my opinion. Plus, they have a large and varied beer selection. Yikes!

Went here with one of my buddies. They have their own little thing going here. It's a bar for introverts, which is different. All the tables have games at them so each table is kind of in there own little world. Everyone was cool. Good drinks at good prices. It was fun. Lots of specialty beers to choose from if that's your thing.

Had an amazing night here. My first night really exploring bars downtown on my own. The bar tender who's name I think was Bridget, was super friendly and welcoming, they had old school games, which helped my social anxiety til I met some amazing people. My new favorite spot. Will definitely be back. Cheap, and delicious drinks, and right down the street from my place Much love to club geek!
